I ask for my fries to be fresh cashier proceeded to say they're cooked to order. I sat and watch them give me fries that was sitting there when I came never did anyone drop fresh fries while I'm stoop there waiting on my food this second maybe third time this has happen. My nuggets was hard and cold I haven't even ate the burger yet scared of what it may taste like .

This isn't the first time I've been to this Wendy's and had a negative experience. One time I waited 45 minutes for my food in the drive-thru. Another time they got my order completely wrong. Today I went through the drive-thru with my dog in my backseat and the lady had a disgusted look on her face and refused to take my card for payment until I closed all the windows. Then when she took my card she looked like she was about to cuss up a storm but was holding her tongue. The people here are SO rude and unprofessional and always have attitudes. Won't be coming back.
