    My order is always correct, but employees are not very friendly. Wasn’t acknowledged when I entered the store nor was I greeted at the register. Girl that took my order didn’t even smile once. Bring back good customer service back!

    Worst customer service ever!!!!! Whoever the owner is your workers need retraining...I was the first out of 5 ppl who walked in, and place my order but was the last to receive my order...also its 1530 in the evening how aren't your workers not even prepared they literally had to bring everything out to make the smoothies...also a worker clearly walked in late...terrible business...ordered at 1530 left at 1555...terrible customer service

    I am a doordash driver. I am use to waiting for orders, but what to me at your store was terrible. I went in and asked for my order. I was told it would be a minute. The female worker forgot about me. She kept talking to her co workers about lunch time but no worry about my order. It took her 10 minutes to realize she forgot about me!!!! Do not go to this store.

    Please Read: This is the 3rd time I’ve had trouble with this company. I order directly from their website and have my smoothies delivered from their app. The first mistake was Tropical Smoothie sent me another customer’s order, the second was they made me a different smoothie and lied to me stating to contact Door Dash for a refund. When I did that I was told that Tropical Smoothie is responsible for refunds bc Door Dash doesn’t work for Tropical Smoothie and the owner told me the only way to get the right smoothie was I would have to come in person, after I paid for delivery. Today was the day I had enough, I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app on a new device and sense it was not ordered by my phone the default was pick up in store; now remember I can’t come to pick it up. When I clicked on cancel order- literally less than a minute from placing the order I was instructed to call the store bc I couldn’t cancel through the app. When I called I spoke to a lady, and explained I meant to hit the delivery option but chose pick up instead by mistake. She said my order was ready and they couldn’t refund my order. She put the owner on the phone and he refused the refund even after I told him I was going to order delivery immediately after he reimbursed me; still he denied my request and told me to pick it up bc it was ready and bc my order was ready he would not issue my refund. Which I don’t see how it could be bc I cancelled my order almost immediately; I informed the owner he had lost a loyal customer and even after the first 2 mistakes they’d made I gave them additional opportunities. After today I will no longer spend my money at Tropical Smoothie, after being a customer for 2 years the owner disappointed me enough with his inability to make easy choices on making customers happy. BEFORE YOU ORDER ONLINE DELIVERY KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY DOES not care if you received the correct order and has very poor business skills and provides poor customer service!

    Family of 5 all ordered the same wrap currently 3 are down with food poisoning! The wraps are small so we went back to get each of us a smoothie as well. When we went up to get our order they had taken our name wrong so we tried to verify and she grabbed the smoothies and pull back like we were stealing from her. After several minutes of no one coming to claim I brought up the receipt which indeed had the wrong name. She was still very rude and when I said she was being rude she called out another girl who had no idea what to do about any of it actually looked at me like she was nervous about the Indian lady who appeared to be lead and rude.
