Yesterday 1/17/26 three women were working two extremely rude. One wanted to make sandwiches so fast they were poorly made & extremely messy for no reason. One was so rude she absolutely doesn’t need to work a job involving the public/customers. When she wasn’t being rude and was propping up on the counter on her phone. She had friends come in who interacted with fine was nice while taking their order etc. but to those she didn’t know extremely rude. Asked to use the restroom so my kids could wash their hands before eating I heard her in the back say were not opening the door when the other employee asked for a key. The third employee was nice she tried to do her best she even tried to begin my sandwich but the other employee said no I got it. She came and apologized after asked if she could do anything to help the situation etc. management can watch in store video of their counter and sandwich station to see for themselves exactly what kind of employees they have in their store.

Sub was so nasty doesn't look like the pictures at all. They only have one person in the lobby eating I guess that should've been a sign to turn around and go to smoothie king. The cheese didn't even melt on top of the meat after being in the oven. I had a philly and the meat looks unreal so much the salt and pepper didn't even stick to it. The ingredients don’t even taste the same as I remember from back in the day. Don't waste your time coming here you do better going to Publix. Glad the cookies taste like something specially since they were $2 and some change I would've been extra mad if they would've tasted like chips a hoy.

walked in and the lady there was cleaning behind the counter and she looked at me like i was a bother, there were flies buzzing around, and smelt bad, specifically asked for bacon on the flat bread and did not get it nor the flat bread heated. when i asked for cups she slammed them down on the counter causing them to fall over. will never go here again,

I would rate my experience a 0 but that's not possible, so I'll rate it a 1. The night crew was trash. There was a big guy and a small, petite girl working. They were unfriendly, didn't care about the quality of the service they provided. We walked in, they didn't greet us. They made it seem like they were unhappy with customers walking in.. the store was empty. No customer in sight. They weren't even busy. We let them know that we are about to order 4 ft. longs... the big guy closed his eyes in disappointment like God forbid he has to work, while he's at work. The girl had no basic training with sandwich making. She literally piled lettuce on one side of the sandwich - like why wouldn't you equally spread it out? It's common sense. At that point we just accepted that this wasn't going to get any better and it's no point in expressing dissatisfaction. To strike a conversation, I asked what time were they choosing. The guy mumbled an answer which was inaudible, keep in mind there was still 2 hours left til they close. This duo literally showed that they didn't like their job. Just trash.
