  Dude handed me back my card with ketchup all over it. He was also rude. Had food all over his face and made me lose my appetite. Very unclean working space as well from what I could see

  This place consistently gets it wrong…ordered the bacon smash burger yesterday, but didn’t get bacon and the taste was just awful. This location should be closed it simply sucks!

  My husband and I went to this establishment this past Saturday, Jan 31. We ordered one large Ocean Water and one medium cherry limeade. It was during happy hour, and they told us that we would be charged $3.15. Once we get home and look at our bank statement, we see that we were charged $19.83. We were not given a receipt. We filed a dispute with our bank but they are asking for a receipt as documentation. We work hard for our money and $20 dollars to others isn’t the same as what it means for us. Please make this right, Sonic. We were there this past Saturday, Jan 31 between 2:45-3:15 pm.

  Almost my whole order was wrong and we didn’t realize till we got home we live about 20 mins away and the only thing right with our meal was the chili dog.

  Went to 1rst drive through, explained 3 times that I didn't want a chili dog but plain hotdogs. 3rd time I said it louder, thought she wasn't hearing me. She said loudly, dont yell at me, I said explained it 3 times She then started to ask again, I told her to forget it. 2nd sonic, I ordered and waited and waited and waited, I went around and asked how long it would be, she said she was bringing it out Ok. Thank u The hot dogs and fries had been sitting and at were room temp. The one dig we had to throw away The other was eaten, but had a tummy ache
