There shakes are now liquid. No shake about it literally like milk. They said there new machine makes it runny? Sorry sonic you just ruined the one identifying factor of you restraunt. Now your just "ic" not sonic

I went this morning and was met with the worst attitude, I told the lady that my drink was wrong and she immediately gave me attitude and told me “it says grape on my screen” when it clearly says green apple on my receipt, if she sees this I want her to know, if you don’t like your job find a new one but don’t give customers an attitude first thing in the morning at that because YOU chose to work there. Have a blessed day.

everytime we go we get bad and rude customer service and our food is always wrong. First time i ordered a nerd blue slush and they put no nerds. this time was the same experience order 2 shakes that were unmixed with a thick bottom and milky top hard to sip because of the consistency and took very long to receive. Felt rushed and unwelcomed. Asked for spoons and it was as if the lady didnt feel like giving us spoons and would see if we would drive off if she ignored us long enough, then she finally handed it to us after 2 minutes. Never going again 🤦♀️😭.
Update: we got a refund it took 20 minutes they kept having us repeat our 2 item order to them like 8 times. Rude cashier’s name was Zaniyah.

Fix your stalls. Stop worrying about the price of it. Fix them. Your drive thru is full, pretty soon no one will be coming here, and then you're not gonna have money anyways. Fix them.
