- KKK.Nov 1, 20251.025 minutes on hold, after call center said that location is not taking orders any more from call center. I went to PAPA JOHN'S while still on hold , ordered the pizza & had it in my hand in 10 minutes, AMAZING SERVICE FROM PAPA JOHN'S. That milgen road location needs to just close it's doors. Not the first time this has happened to me here.

I complained about it because I didn't know, they offered to remake it and said you have to add a comment to your order if you want butter on your crust. Alas, you can still get the OG pan pizza you always loved!
