However, the sandwich is just way too HARD. I understand toasted and the last few times its had been toasted to another level. But this time, it was toasted so much, biting and chewing is impossible. It's a brick. I threw my sandwich out with the resolve of never getting that meal again.

They mixed up my order with another tonight and insisted and fixing it with 10 minutes to closing time. They really did not have to but it shows how great the staff is here. I am going to miss this location when I'm not in the area anymore!

Our order taker Antonia was polite and patient with us explaining our options. Our order was out quickly. Our sandwiches where excellent, our soups plentiful and savory and a great value for our money. I thanked the manger on our way out, something I rarely do... especially since covid. Thank you for Welcoming us back to Panera!
