I called to speak with an associate and his response was that the soup comes frozen and bagged up so it all depends on how it unthaws its no consistence texture day to day on the soups. I got a baguette to go with it but the soup is tp thick to dip the bread in. His answer was they have no control over the way the soup unthaws and is served!!!
