    Service is awful, food prepared wrong. Server was never attentive to our table, had an attitude when she made mistakes herself to the order. Outback can do better, especially in this location.

    The service was awful. The server would just slam items down and keep walking past us. We asked for the manager after a strip steak was served well done and ordered medium. Our server just pointed and then took another 25 minutes for another steak to be delivered. The server continued to have an attitude. As we are leaving the guy at the hostess stand is taking trash out by the front door and making a gaging noise joking with another staff member. This is sad, it isn’t cheap to have dinner for 4 people. DO NOT WASTE your time or money!

    We love this location and was able to come by finally today on our lunch break. We waited at the door for quite a while with another group as the hostess was nowhere to be found, she finally arrived and sat us and the server started off okay. The service was pretty slow for the restaurant not being busy however our server continuously walked past our table and checked on other tables without saying a word to us about the wait. Our food was eventually brought out by someone else. We waited way too long for a salad and needed refills as well, the server did not try to communicate at all with us instead ignored us. I opted to pay on the kiosk to be able to leave a review and once she saw i left a 1 star review she finally came over and became very upset and argumentative, rolling her eyes and yelling across the restaurant. The manager was miss kristy and after hearing the commotion she did not hesitate to come over and check on us and make things right IMMEDIATELY!! She was so kind and patient and deeply genuine. She truly has amazing customer service skills and will do anything to make sure you leave satisfied! As it approaches the holidays i wanted to bless a restaurant server with a tip of 200% of whatever our meal cost (in this case $130) and it is unfortunate that she missed this opportunity with her nasty attitude. Miss kristy would not accept a tip but i will definitely be back just to see her next time! Thank you again kristy!

    I'm going to give them a 4 based on customer service,but the food at this location isn't that good. I ordered pickup for a spinach dip, potato soup, and skillet cookie. The dip was managable so I didn't complain but it was super cheesey. My cookie was mad burnt and the soup was HORRIFIC! I called and spoke to Debbie and she said I could call when I was ready to pickup the order but I told her I'd be in a 5 that day. Well, I didn't get to make it there. I was 3 days post pregnant and to go back home to Newnan to get some items. I called Monday and she let me know they had my order ready, and honestly since nobody called and told me it was ready I assumed it hadn't been made. Well Debbie was nice enough to redo my order and I appreciate her for that so much. My cookie wasn't burnt and I learned they just don't have good potato soup lol but customer service from Debbie was awesome. I really needed that cookie to be right. THANKS DEB
