I was seated and no one ever came to my table. I searched for the manager who was very apologetic and offered a free appetizer. She ensured me that I would be taken care of. After more 20 minutes and not a single person came to take my order. I simply paid for the appetizer and left.

Was in town for a wedding. We decided as a group to dine here prior to the wedding. From the moment we sat down, we were interrupted 4 times being asked to give up our chairs. As if that wasn't bad enough, the food for everyone was inedible. 1 guest legitimately took 1 bite and pushed his plate away. We spent 24 hours still feeling tge effects of terrible food. Even 2 days later at the wedding, we were astounded at the several staff members requesting our chairs.

From the moment we were seated we were asked if we needed all the chairs. The rest of our party hadn't shown up yet. Same lady asked us 4 times in the span of 10 minutes about a chair because they failed to provide enough for the party beside oursk.
Everyone's steak was under cooked minus the person who wanted rare. The ahi was ice cold, heavily peppered, and not a bit of sear. Pasta was bland, shrimp unseasoned, and sauce watery, though the chicken was juicy. The caesar salad was delicious. Blooming onion was good but wet closer to middle. A few in our party had to wait for their items, given orders for other tables, drinks from bar not gotten.
Pretty sure this is not how this was supposed to go.

For dinner I watched others get food before us so I asked why the food was taking so long. We were told it was because we ordered salad's. So I waited another 10 minutes to get an overcooked steak after 45 minutes waiting for food the manager tried to make it right kudos to her but the kitchen has failed multiple times just not tonight. Will definitely will never go back to Columbus Outback again. The kitchen needs to get it together
