They are a catering machine. They make catering easy, the food is always hot, delicious and on time. My customers love having lunch from Outback. It is definitely a fan favorite. Server was clearly overwhelmed and struggling managing the tables she had as all the other tables around us had empty drinks. Had to ask another server to bring us drinks after we finished the appetizer. Then got the food and waitress came to ask how everything was and didn’t notice empty drinks. Had to ask her to refill them and didn’t get refills till after we paid for the meal. Server needs training or less tables.

Our food took over an hour to come out, I ordered a medium well steak and got a warm well done steak that we could tell had sat under a hot light, and we found hair in our food.The server lacked empathy and even knocked over my mother-in-laws drink into her salad and didn’t offer to make her a new one. We never look for hand-outs so we paid for the dinner but please be warned. I’m not sure if it was a bad night for them but with this being the only Outback nearest to us we will not be in the neighborhood for some time. This location has had other bad days with us so fool me once shame on you but I will not be fooled again. Last visit for us.
