  Cakes were good. Red velvet isn't like granny's and tastes like chocolate,but still good. Moist and loved the cream cheese icing. Wait time horrendous. I think they forgot about us. Overall, will come back to try other cakes. I sent my daughter to get the food, so not sure what the atmosphere looks like.

  My Pesto chicken pasta salad was fresh, delicious, and a nice portion. I swapped the ceaser dressing for the Greek dressing! My husband got pick 3 and loved his potato soup, turkey sandwich, and side salad. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience today!

  The young lady working at the register was polite and helpful as she took our order. The young man that brought our food to the table was pleasant as well. Our meal tasted fresh, and it came to us warm and delicious! We had a great dining experience today at Newk's. We'll go back soon!

  I can't rate the food because my order was delivered missing a main dish (we ordered two dishes and only one arrived), when I called I was told 'so you're *just* missing a sandwhich?' Not just, someone's entire meal. When the manager finally took the call, after trying to get the first rep not to hand her the phone, she dismissed half of the individual's in my party, it's just a sandwhich? She immediately started with how to contact DoorDash, I cut her off bc I know to deal with Doordash. I wanted to know if the sandwhich was there or with the Dasher. Why it would be out in a 3rd bag is byond me, but maybe that's what happened. The "manager" tried at me that we weren't going to be rude? The little girl was extremely rude - she just kept repeating herself. Like a broken record or a kid who didn't get her way. Wouldn't let me speak, just verbatim repeating the words 'you're rude, I'm not rude'. I finally spoke sternly enough to say 'I know how DD works, I don't know if you have the sandwhich or the driver does!' she said she didn't have it 'and that's what I'm trying to say', I corrected her, no you were trying to tell me about DD. She said 'no I never said anything about doordash', it's literally all she said. Then she went back to repeating hiw rude I am. Me the paying customer who missed half of her food? I'm rude? That's how these businesses are going to be run?? If I order after 5pm I have to deal with kids who aren't responsible enough to do the job correctly? Who can't say their sorry when they make a mistake? And who speak to adults paying for service/food as though they're a child to be taught hwi to speak?! I'm not sure I'll ever frequent this business again.
