- SRSamantha RobersonDec 5, 20251.0I ordered a large grinch meal through the app. Went to pick up in drive thru, glanced in the box as they handed it over and noticed it was only Medium. I told them it was supposed to be Large, they took the box back and someone said “they only ordered Medium” at which time I presented the receipt showing I ordered and paid for Large. I then watched them dump the Medium fries into a Large box and put it back in my order. I was so pissed I just took the order and drove off. Then when I actually opened the box, there were no socks. So I paid $14 for a LARGE and a pair of socks, of which I got neither. Well played McDonalds, but I won’t ever be back to this location. Horrible, rude service. True Grinch Service.
