When i got the burgers they had no tomatoes and enough ketchup and mayo for the next few orders and on top of that they added pickles which are not even supposed to be on the normal daily double. When i returned my burger to ask for a remake they ended up giving me dirty looks and still managed to forget the onions on the remade burger. Very disappointing visit after a long drive

Im pretty sure that the lobby was closed but I see a whole bunch of CHILDREN (Teenagers) in the lobby playing around. So I walk in. I hear someone say “ That door is suppose to be locked”. Manager had an attitude and crew members (which are kids as well) rolling their eyes. I understand that young people need jobs, but at LEAST have an ADULT or two with COMMON SENSE to be on the same shift/schedule with these kids. Working as a manager for almost 4 years this is still a place of business. If your lobby is closed there is no reason for CHILDREN (Teenagers) to be roaming around in the lobby, this is not your house…have those kids go home. I don’t care if you got 30 mins til closing, you got people out there waiting to order, no one is taking orders in drive thru.
