I asked her for extra ketchup since I had more than one large fry along with other items. She hands me ONE pack, stares at us as if we had the nerve to ask for extra ketchup, tells me to move forward as she walks away from the window. Other things transpired... overall... Horrible service!

- AAandera andersonJan 21, 20263.011 this morning I went in the drive through to get some lunch, i asked for a cheese burger with bacon on it, not only did the burger not come on the bacon, the staff was rude, the burger wasn’t hot when i got it and there was no cheese on the burger. They were more worried about getting food out for other customers then checking to see if they made my food right l. Macon road is always unprofessional and they can never get anything right. I get food from them all the time and i never had this happen before. Mcdonald’s and their staff needs to do better.
- AKAndrew KnottsJan 8, 20261.0Ordered cheeseburger that had small droplets of ketchup and mustard and small pickle. Took one bite and couldn't take another bite. And that's bad when you are hungry. So I tried the fries. They tasted a little off like waxy taste. So I tried to rid my mouth of that taste with the sprite. No go there. The sprite tasted like nitrogen. I've eaten McDonald's all my life but if that's the kind of food they serve to customers. They must not care so I feel the same and rather not go thru that again. I don't know if that meal was intended for someone they don't like or what but it seemed deliberate.
