    Ill be calling their corporate office to discuss the matter. The managers need a customer service course for sure. This is THE WORSE one ive ever been to. Whatever you do, stay far away from this location.

    I tried to call this location back. I guess I should have used my context clues. No one there on a Friday night. I ordered through drive thru. The McRib meal, large fry, large DP. I know these people should know the difference between cooked fries and uncooked fries. Large box of uncooked fries they were still white. They looked like they were in the fryer 1 sec

    Ordered from this McDonald’s several times and each time they forget at least 50% of the order. Today they forgot THREE burgers A TEN PIECE NUGGET A FRY AND A DRINK. And as if to rub salt in the wound they gave us all the sauces besides the ones we asked for. Absolutely disgusting.

    Hoy esta mañana a comprar desayuno y pedí artículos solo del Monopoly menú por qué mi intención era colectar los códigos del juego y la cajera del serví carro menú indica que los artículos no vienen con los códigos, le explique claramente que seleccione del Monopoly Game artículos por los códigos que deseaba y me dijo que no se podía le dije llámame a tu gerente y vino una mujer joven Golda y negra con sudadera naranja y me dice que no se puede le volví a explicar y me tuvo allí porfiándome por varios minutos le dije que no me movería de la fila hasta q me den mis sellos de la promoción me dijo que no y le dije ok dame tu nombre y me dijo no se lo puedo dar le pregunté por qué y me dijo que no puede y se fue y yo no me moví de la ventanilla la “supuesta””manager” resultó ser que no era la manager era una simple empleada que se hizo pasar por manager, pasaron unos minutos y entonces fue cuando la manager se asomó por la ventanilla y le expliqué y ella me pidió muy amablemente que me moviera adelante para poder hablar y me dijo que los artículos aunque estén en el monopoly menu no todos traen sellos… y eso es problema mío??? Acaso yo tengo la culpa de seguir las reglas del juego y que mc donals no honre sus propias reglas??? Bueno fin del caso es que me dieron los prestados códigos como se supone. This morning I went to buy breakfast and asked only for items from the Monopoly menu because my intention was to collect the game codes. The cashier at the drive-thru indicated that the items didn't come with codes. I clearly explained that I selected Monopoly game items based on the codes I wanted, and she told me it wasn't possible. I told her to call me to speak to your manager, and a young, dark-skinned woman with an orange sweatshirt came and told me it wasn't possible. I explained again, and she kept me there arguing for several minutes. I told her I wouldn't move from the line until I received my promotional stamps. She said no, and I said okay, give me your name. She said she couldn't give it to me. I asked why, and she said she couldn't and left. I didn't move from the window. The "supposed" manager turned out not to be the manager at all; she was just an employee pretending to be one. A few minutes passed, and then the manager appeared at the window. I explained the situation, and she very politely asked me to move forward. I was able to talk to them, and they told me that even though the items are on the Monopoly menu, not all of them have stamps… and that's my problem??? Am I to blame for following the rules of the game and McDonald's not honoring its own rules??? Anyway, the point is that they gave me the codes as supoust.

    It was horrible....I stood 32 mins in the lobby just waiting on my iced coffee. Workers were irritated and complaining and getting orders wrong not caring. I had to ask about my coffee several times then was handed the wrong coffee, then manager got mad I asked for a refund. I ended up canceling my order online and going to Dunkin donuts because that was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful
