  This store is so nasty I was in there getting my mobile order I left my drink because I seen three roaches coming down the wall oh my gosh that was so nasty then I seen a big white girl with glasses in she was telling me the employee to get it so the customer don’t see it that white women is so nasty then a older lady who was in the window let a dog lick her hand then let the other customer touch her hand I will never come back to this store no more i will stay going to the downtown store for now own

  I've been to this Dunkin many times and every single time it seems like I was at different Dunkin locations because service and quality was drastically different. But this morning took the cake... I asked for my usual simple coffee order, after waiting in the drive thru for at least 8 minutes with only two cars ahead of me (not entirely employees fault I'm sure), i get to the window to pay and the young lady at the window doesn't recall my order. I repeat it to her about 3 times, and she finally gives me my total of $4.51. I hand her a five dollar bill and 51 cents and two minutes later she comes back with 50 cents in change. And when i get my coffee, the order was correct on paper but it tasted stale and was somehow overly bitter and sweet at the same time and the sugar was not at all dissolved. Someone needs to better train their employees on counting back change, and also on quality control. Every single time i order the same thing and it tastes different.

  Teri (don’t know how to spell it) is the whole reason I come so often. I work in the area and I could easily run somewhere else but her sweet personality and great customer service makes me not want to go anywhere else. Also I’m not sure how but the coffee always tastes better when she’s working, maybe it’s tied to the good experience

  I have been to this location at least 10 times within the past 3 months. I haven't had a drink that tasted good yet. I have been to tons of different Dunkin locations, but the drinks at this one have tasted watered down each and every time. The workers are very nice and fairly quick. But the drinks are terrible and taste like they are skimping on an ingredient.
