Customers are the ones spending there money and are the ones who have to drink it. So maybe try making it right and don’t be so rude when asked to fix it when you make it right. Talk to your friends when there isn’t an order being made and maybe it wouldn’t be so many mistakes. My order was supposed to be a large caramel ice coffee with 7 cream and 6 sugar. That’s not what was made and we know it

We walked in when no one else was there, yet it took about 5 minutes just for someone to take our order. Employees were walking around and clearly saw us but didn’t acknowledge us. After finally ordering, we waited an excessive amount of time while other customers came in, ordered, received their food, and left. At that point, it felt like they completely forgot about us. We eventually had to raise our voices just to get their attention so we could receive our food. When we finally got it, some of the items were wrong, but we didn’t even bother correcting it because we just wanted to leave before things escalated. Extremely poor service, lack of awareness, and no urgency whatsoever. I would not recommend this location.

Just say in the drive thru for 10 minutes and witnesses an employee argue and almost get into a fight with a customer. The staff said no manager was available and tried to gang up on the customer. Then I was asked to repeat my order again after waiting and witnessing everything from the window. Then I was asked to pull around front. Are you kidding me!

I asked for a lemonade and a 6 dollar meal and she sighed and grumbly said "girl what you want to drink" I've worked food before so I get being in a bad mood but I don't know what I did. I finish ordering and she just says "pull around" I get there and wait a few minutes and no one comes to the window so I just left. It's not my fault you hate your job
