The latte taste like a coffee taste like an Americano taste like a cappuccino- I'm convinced they're using the same recipe for every drink- milk and sugar. Hire more people, take better care of your staff, and TRAIN them better on how to make drinks! There also has to be a baseline level of hygiene and cleanliness that the store and employees maintain. You are near so many schools, jobs, apartments and there is SO much lost potential due to understaffing during rush hours and lack of training. TLDR If you go to this Dunkin you're waiting at least 25 minutes only to have your drink taste like watered down milk and sugar.
