- ACAlyssa CarterDec 25, 20251.0Let’s start off with when I first came to Dunkin. I went through the drive-through before I could even tell the woman maple bacon. She interrupted me and said that they had to shut down there machine 3hours early so they wouldn’t be able to make the sandwiches. I then proceeded to go to a different location that was 15 minutes further away from that Dunkin. They told me they do not close down the machines nor wash them until the end of the day, so I went back to the previous Dunkin, asked for a manager, and the gentleman at the front did not provide me the manager’s name the first two times. Eventually, he said that the manager’s name was Ashley and that’s all he could do for me and proceeded to walk away mid conversation. He then proceeded to start talking about me to another girl that I spoke to earlier in front of me. I proceeded to say I have corporate’s number so it’s not a problem and he still proceeded to keep making comments as I was leaving the building. The gentleman tells me that their machine isn’t working but the first woman I spoke to told me they weren’t gonna be able to make the sandwiches because they need to wash the machine three hours before closing figure out which lie you’re gonna stick with. The gentleman proceeded to tell me do I wanna come back and make the sandwiches myself? Do I look like I’m in your attire? If you don’t wanna work, give your job to somebody else don’t turn people away and make your business lose money because you wanna be lazy
