She asked me to return on Monday for a refund. We got over charged for items we didn't ask for on our receipt. I asked for a manager and both employees refused to I call the Manager. How can a Manager not be reachable and customers have to be asked to return personally to their location for a refund? We were visiting family fr out of town and stop by for a meal and had an awful experience. I am a dunkin fan but thus location in Columbus has given me second thoughts on spending my gard earn money with a franchise that can give two hecks about you as a customer. Now we have to take time out our busy Monday to call corporate to try fet a refund. Wish me luck!
