  Honestly i ordered my food 2 hours ago and when i placed the order it said it would be delivered within 45 minutes to an hour and i been on hold waiting to speak with someone to see what is going on but no one is picking up tge phone at all

  I guess I have to say in parting ways with this location that it’s been awful. How are y’all still in business. Our last 4 orders have had some sort of issue but this last and final one takes the cake with delayed delivery, cold pizza and the worst looking dried up broken pieces that looked like it has been in the street for a week. And wasn’t even the right pizza to boot. I’m guessing corporate or management will never see or acknowledge this but maybe enough people will.

  I placed an online order at 8 am for 2 pizzas to be delivered at 11:45 for my class. I called at 11 am to make sure the order would be ready, and they said it would be. At 12:15pm, there was no update. I called again and was told it would arrive by 1 pm. I had to cancel the order because my kids get on the bus at 1:45, and I am a sped teacher. It takes my kids a minute to eat. This ruined our class party.

  This location sucks there rude they claim there to busy to deliver when u can go in store and see them sitting round doing absolutely nothing there website always down error message with every click and I got 120 awards points just to not to be able to use them because the verification code is always wrong when literally I’m looking at the verification code call to place a order even the representative can’t help u I’m going to go above dominoes to complain something has to change about this location either needs new employees or management or fix the site something gotta give somebody gonna hear about my complaint even if I gotta call and complain everyday about this specific location.

  This store legitimately made me a Papa John’s customer. I ordered a pizza last night. Not only was it over an hour late it was cold. The store is less than a mile away but it was after hours. I know this isn’t their fault but in an attempt to heat up the pizza in the oven their was a small fire. I also called and waited another hour on the phone after which the only response was the sound of the call being disconnected. Seriously put a damper on the night.
