Again ordering one pizza with no cheese. Another hour wait- the price was $12 over the quoted price and both pizzas were identical, not as ordered. This is the 2nd time in the last 30 days we have waited 2 hrs and 3 hrs for our order- then the order isn’t correct. Not to mention the time bypassing AI and waiting for a human.

I know most of the drivers. Kerry and Paul are 2 of the best i deal with the most. Colton is a joke as far as a driver. If he isnt breaking down your door knocking, he's lazy. I asked my daughter to grab the pizza this morning right out the door. He told her to go to the other side of the car and get the pizza out of the bag. I then call in hopes there is something going on with him where he can't get out. I call was ended without a word twice. Dont worry, it was recorded. As well was him telling my daughter to go get the pizza out of his car. I will try to call one more time before contacting cooperate. I know im not the only complaint abojt this situation as multiple people in my area I know order frequently.
