Called the next morning I was told to see the owner, went to the store no owner was available. Went to the store in person, the owner said the drawer wasn’t over by $10. I asked them to review the camera footage so that he could see that I paid with a $20 bill and exact change and was owed $10. The owner stated that the cameras at the drive thru didn’t work that good to see. I wasn’t offered a gift card for $10 or anything. Will not return.

I went to Dairy Queen and ordered what I’ve previously ordered several times and “manager T” claimed I couldn’t be given an order total due to what I was ordering without being charged extra. I ordered a Brownie and Heath Bar Cupfection but kindly asked “T” not to put the brownie in the cup with the ice cream. My personal reason for this is because the brownie gets soggy. Needless to say “T” claimed she couldn’t put the brownie on the side because it came together. That’s ridiculous. U less the cup is made with the brownie inside there’s no reason she shouldn’t have been able to honor my request. Dairy Queen is already a bit pricey so I refused to pay extra for a simple request. Then I asked for a manager, “T” refused to give me a manager and refused to give me a name other than saying she’s the manager and has been there for 10 years. If “T” has been at Dairy Queen on Macon Rd this needs to be her last year (2025). I asked for the general manager she refused to give me a name; I asked for the store manager “T” refused to give me a name. However, I took a picture of “T” just in case her name is not “T.” Customers should not have to drive off without food for a simple request like above. With “T’s” attitude I will not return to Dairy Queen until she’s gone. I know I’m one of many customers but this is ridiculous.
