As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and after ordering, we got to the window where the staff was loudly chatting and yelling, having a great time—completely ignoring us. They asked me to park and wait for my food, which ended up taking another 15 minutes. When I finally got home and opened the bag, everything was wrong. Instead of the sandwich I ordered, I received a burger slathered with so much mayonnaise that it was basically a mayo sandwich. It was disgusting. In total, we spent 35 minutes waiting for fast food, which is already unreasonable, and it was completely wrong when we got it. There was no excuse either—we were the only ones there, so it wasn’t a busy time. I tried calling multiple times, but no one ever picked up, probably because of all the yelling and noise inside. We will definitely not be returning to this location. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

Had to wait like 10 minutes after pulling up to pick up my online order... 20 minutes after I had placed it. Shake machine is down A G A I N. Place looks like it could use a deep clean. Got a machine turned around in view of the drive thru and it looked grubby. Ick.
