Did an online order at 7:30. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:59 ok cool. Received a text saying a delay occurred and order will be ready at 8:08 ok fine. NO FOOD! Finally received another text saying my food was ready and on the shelf at 8:49! Guess what….NO FOOD!!! Finally received my order around 9:12 after have to question a worker why others who just came in got chips before I did when he told me it was a 5min wait. But that’s not the worst part, I was accused of getting mad just for asking about the chip issue. I should have been pissed off for waiting over an hour for my order! Food was alright but today’s customer service was poor! My whole this is most ppl would have canceled the order and went elsewhere waiting that long. Then to be met with attitude definitely didn’t make matters any better.
