Carrabbas is my favorite restaurant. It’s our go to place for special occasions. Yesterday was our 41st wedding anniversary. Once we were seated the waiter took our order. We received our bread. There was 4 slices. We were shocked. Usually it’s at least half the loaf. We ordered the zucchini appetizer. It was ok. The aioli was very tart. Nothing to complain about though. I decided to order something different for my entree. My husband always gets the Linguini Positano with no protein because he’s vegetarian. I always taste it because it’s so good. I decided to order it with shrimp. My husband ordered the new dish (I don’t recall the name). It was on an insert type menu. It was linguini with a lemon butter sauce. He ordered it without any protein. We waited for about an hour to get our food. The waiter kept apologizing. When it finally came out my husband’s had chicken on it. We told the girl he ordered it without any protein, but because we had waited so long he would eat it, but he wanted the price adjusted for our meal. She reached over and said she would take it back. So now we were waiting on a newly prepared dish to come out for my husband. It came out in 5 minutes. We were wondering how he got it so fast when we had waited an hour for the first entree. He said it had no flavor. The linguine had lots of pieces that were stuck together. That’s a rookie mistake when cooking pasta and never should have maid it to our table. My pasta was just as bad. It was dry. I had to salt it twice trying to add flavor. It had so many large chunks of tomato it was gross. The shrimp - I don’t want shrimp for a very long time. I literally had to spit one out because it tasted so bad and was just like rubber. They actually had a scorched taste. When the waiter came back to the table we had stopped trying to eat. I showed him some of the pasta that was stuck together and all of the large tomato chunks in my Positano. He said “yeah, I see that”. But he never offered to get the manager, supervisor, nothing. We did get to go boxes. I told him I would take it home and maybe it would be better the next day. He suggested I add olive oil to it while warming it. When we were close to leaving I looked over at this very old couple who were receiving their food. The man ordered something with pasta and the pasta was literally dangling off the side of his plate. The food and the presentation were awful. I have NEVER complained about anything at Carrabbas.
After this, we decided we’ll be picking another restaurant for our special occasions. I can’t justify spending that kind of money and the food not be good.

Me and my family took a day out to the restaurant and they had everything all wrong. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea. The food itself was overcooked and the lasagna taste like Stouffer's, microwave, lasagna. Don't know what happened but I will not be going back no time soon.

The food is always good but I’m really giving a 5 star to the floor manager Lisa. She was so so nice and helpful and honestly because of her I will always come back. I had an issue with my order and she made it right and was so nice about it. Everyone in the Togo is really nice and very helpful so I really appreciate all that y’all do

The taste of Italy is here. I have gone to many diverse parts of Italy and this cuisine is top knotch. We had Coree as our waiter and he is an expert in his field. His knowledge and professionalism put us at ease as we navigated the menu and had an incredible time. Coree knew all the right wines and how to savor and taste the various dishes. I highly recommend this location and it's staff.
