Whew! So good. The host was prompt with greeting me and seated me immediately. My server Savannah was knowledgeable and very kind. The manager Ashley D. Provided top notch customer service. She allowed her employees to answer my questions without interrupting and smile at them as they were talking. The presentation of the food was nice. No photos to share because I ate every drop and I mean every drop!! lol. If you are in the Columbus, GA area, stop at Bonefish for a beautiful experience from beginning to end. You won’t regret it! 10 out of 10 Dr. Tut of Atlanta ❤️😘

It wasn’t the server’s fault that it took over 45 minutes for our entrées to arrive. It certainly wasn’t the server’s fault that the Eggs Benedict were presented with eggs hard-cooked instead of properly poached. And it wasn’t the server’s fault that the manger took ten minutes to respond to our request to speak to him. Service was fine.

The ambience, presentation, and overall experience is always 10/10. The staff is amazing all the way up to the manager, Ben. All the servers are great, but Amanda made our dining experience even better. I love coming here !

Our server was Sundai. Not only did she make sure we needed for nothing, she was also the bartender!!👏👏!! I had the pomegranate martini (well 2 lol) and both were absolutely delicious. Everything seemed to be made to order, and came out piping hot. I will not just be "going back" to Bonefish Grill, I'm excited to return in the very near future😆. Thank yall for making our lunch date perfect 😘
