No utensils, bread, bread sauce or straws with mobile orders such as door dash, Uber etc. This is the 2nd time. When I order from other BoneFish Grills throughout the states the orders include all of these. Please correct... Restaurant itself nice atmosphere, clean and great for any date.

The food was delicious and still warm after 30 minutes of purchasing. The bourbon salmon and bang bang shrimp was perfect!

I rarely write reviews for chain restaurants because for the most part they're pretty consistent. My favorite chain is Bonefish, and I always get the sea bass which is the perfect piece of fish - so tender, flakey & good. I sat at the bar for an early solo dinner yesterday and was super disappointed - the fish was either heavily overcooked or just really tough? Whatever it was, I could not cut it with a fork, I had to saw through it with a butter knife. The flavor was fine, but the texture was very chewy. I ate it because I was hungry, but it wasn't enjoyable. Pretty please let this be a one time error because I love Bonefish so much. It's the only chain in Columbus with great food, a decent wine list, and Chandon bubbly by the glass.

My wife and I had dinner here during one of the special events and service was a bit disjointed. That's understandable. However the cocktails came very late (after dinner) and were horrible. The asparagus were bland and as were the potatoes. That having been said the steak was outstanding as were the brussel sprouts. The spinach and the pork chop were okay too. All in all it was a good meal, could be better, sure!

My husband and I went for Valentines Day. Chilean sea bass and lobster tail were rubber. Shashimi tuna appetizer was the star of the show. Server couldn’t keep our waters filled.
