- ACAlisha COct 6, 20251.0Went through the drive thru, asked what came with the family meal posted on the window. The lady told me but never said any items were unavailable, so I placed my order. I got to the window and she had the nice gentleman tell me no biscuits were available that were supposed to come with it. So I asked is there an option to replace them with something else, he mentioned letting him go ask the manager. The manager returned to the window and replied “I don’t have them, either you want it or not?!”. That response was very rude and unprofessional, I no longer support bojangles after this encounter. And by the way this was at 7:22 pm 10/06/2025, in case corporate would like to look into who the manager was on this day. She had a pink jacket on(not uniform), and a hat.
