Was asked to pull around wait ten min and get in line again. Because of the timer. I said no the time will show how long it took you to take care of me and take my order. Very rude manager finally stop asking me to pull around. Waited for 5 min now don't mind waiting just didn't want to pull around for your timer. Do the job on time and faster font cheat and why does it take ten minutes to change shift. No other fast food restaurants have to do this ..

I ordered mac and cheese and chicken tenders and was given the wrong food (fries) after I paid. The woman in the drive through(overweight, Caucasian, brown hair) was rude and had an annoyed demeanor but I told her I asked for Mac and cheese, not fries. She refused to remedy the issue or provide me the Mac and cheese I ordered unless I paid extra for the Mac because “they didn’t ring me up for Mac.” It’s ridiculous to ask me to pay more money to remedy an issue that wasn’t my fault, and the rudeness of the employee was the cherry on top.

Out of my three items I purchased all three was messed up. But the worst was that my wife's roast beef was green. So we bagged it all back up, drove back and had the manager refund it all. The manager didn't debate the refund.
