    I accidentally order my coffee hot, and they were so understanding and fixed it for me. That was genuinely so nice and very much appreciated because the dunkin app was not working correctly when I mobile ordered!

    Great experience! I will be back very soon! This is definitely the best Dunkin’ in Columbus and surrounding areas. Their coffees are so flavorful and perfect everytime. The people are so friendly. Great job ladies!

    Waited for :10m with no acknowledgment from employees. Finally left and went down the street to Starbucks. Upon entering Starbucks, was greeted and promptly served. Service model at all DDs needs to be revised (no, I am not an employee or owner of Starbucks). I actually prefer Dunkin’s coffee (when I can get it)
