  Every time I visit this location I love this location I love the ladies that work there they are very friendly nice and sweet they always have my order correct I have no complaints

  You can definitely tell there is some leadership inside this store now been coming for months and there is never any smiles or welcoming words but now as soon as me and my co workers enter the door there is a greeting with all smiles this is what this store needs thank you for the wonderful experience

  Not a professional environment and no one should be made to feel like they are inconveniencing the workers for doing their job. No one is forcing you to work at that establishment and if you’re miserable it’s not appropriate to take it out on the customers. Always attitude and they always mess up the orders. Not worth it.

  Went to your location on 4/15 at 5:52, used the drive thru. The cashier name is Alexis. I ordered a Blackberry, tangerine, and a juicy peach drink and two curlers. What I got were two “peachy “ drinks but different shade of peach, and no straws.. I waited for a couple of minutes at the drive thru (thinking she would come back and see me). I even honked a couple of times. Nothing. So I went inside of the store. Not one person around. I hear noise in the back. I was inside the store a good six minutes. Absolutely no one around, a less than honest person would have robbed that store blind. Tip jar on the counter, drink refrigerator in front and doughnuts easy were easy access. I even opened the front door again so the bell would alert someone, absolutely nothing. So I left the store, got back in my car and drove around to the drive thru once again. Told them I got the wrong order and I was inside the store and no apology, she couldn’t have cared less. Finally got my correct order. Do better. Hire better people . Actually give a crap about people choosing to spend their hard earned money at your location.

  This location needs to be under new management! I waited about 15 minutes just to order (just me in there, and slow in drive thru). After ordering waited about 25 minutes for my drinks and food. No reason for this given it was not busy at all! Whatever their speed of service is, they are definitely not hitting it. After getting my food it tasted off and plastic like. I’ve worked in the food industry for a while and this was completely unacceptable speed of service and food quality!
