  Someone needs to show them about sanitation How you gonna make my food and be on your personal phone keep touching your phone with gloves on and touch my food . Well dam might aswell not wear them gloves . If you need to step away or stop take gloves handle your business and get back to work . I don’t know you or how clean you keep your house hold but just know I’m a fan of bleach , please do better no one knows where your phone been and your cross contamination into products

  Living overseas I was looking forward to Chipotle but the food here in Columbus was watery and bland. I had stale chips, but the guacamole was fresh. Than God! This was not what I was expecting. The food was watery and spilled on my clothes. What a disappointment!!!

  Came here last night (4/6/2026) at about 8:30pm and they had no meats at all. No chicken (reg or al pastor), no steak, no barbacoa, no nothing. Staff wasn't telling people as they walked in, but bare in mind it was a bunch of late teen/early 20s kids and professionalism is lack luster at best. I've been coming here for a few years and they're always busy around this time of night. Not sure how they dropped the ball with this one but it's frankly unacceptable no matter which way you slice it.

  From the the time we entered the establishment the lack of professionalism and customer service was lacking. The girl who initially started with order did not comply with making food in the order asked and got an attitude and left tortilla to burn. Upon another man coming to help he took burnt tortilla off and trashed it and started a new one. Once he passed tortilla to the same young lady and my son told her what all to put in his burrito so he could leave establishment she attempted to wrap burrito and I advised that typically 2 tortillas are used for his burrito she got rude and snappy once again to the point the gentleman step in again to assist with another tortilla. I ordered drinks and paid for food total cost $89.05 then asked the cashier for the manager who was actually standing next to cashier with the ride girl to her left. I asked if she could step to the other side of cashier briefly and she told me she could move. I then asked for her name which she gave and asked for district manager contact information to which she mumbled something so I grabbed card on counter and proceeded to make my drink. The drink was out and I stood waiting for assistance again to the point another worker who looked as though she was on break and sitting got up to assist me. Later I was told the drink was out and was given a glass bottle drink which doesn't even fill the cup at all. Never have I experienced anything like this and I would never go again. To the young man that did help and the young lady that tried to assist me thank you and God bless you both
