- PAPamela AguirreApr 11, 20261.0We had to wait 30+ minutes for chicken once they ran out and they told us to sit and didn’t even let us know once the chicken was done so we had to rejoin the line, the employee was super rude rolling her eyes, and when she served the chicken she did a really small portion way less than the usual, never coming back again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I pointed to them on the shelf and was told, “those are for online customers”. So I sat down with my bowl, ordered chips and queso through my app and had them in 5 minutes. So dumb! This has happened before at other locations. I will continue to give bad reviews when this happens. Maybe Chipotle corporate will finally figure out their operations and put the customer first!

The portion sizes were noticeably smaller than expected, very minimal rice and barely any meat, which didn’t feel worth the price. On top of that, there was little to no customer service interaction when I arrived. It felt rushed and impersonal, like no one really cared about the quality of the order or the customer experience. Overall, not a great visit.
