  Arrived at 7:25 pm. 2 cars in the parking lot. Lighted marquis sign said “DINING ROOM NOW OPEN.” Walked up to the door and found it locked. 1 person visible at a table inside, sleeping with head on the table. Went to the drive-thru and ordered an 8-pc family meal. Female order taker said it would be “about 10 minutes.” We said ok. She said “you still want it??” Yes…that’s literally why we are here. She didn’t ask what sides we wanted so we told her what sides we wanted. She asked “you want sweet tea or lemonade?” No unsweet tea available. We then asked “That comes with biscuits, right?” She answered “it does but we outta biscuits.” At this point, we said forget it. These people clearly do not want to sell food. I wonder why the owners even bother to pay all that overhead for no sales. It just defies logic.

  It was pretty good service was nice inside. Although I feel like the chicken use to taste so much better the chicken almost tastes prebreaded.

  I went through the drive through to order 8pc chicken box but was informed that "we don't have but 2 thighs, 2 breast and a wing." I said I'll take that but clerk states she can't sell that because she doesn't know how much to charge. Clerk states they don't have anymore chicken. But they did have tenders, which I ordered. The 5 tenders were small and not worth the price I paid. After previous sub par experience at Bojangles, this time will be our last. First time we went, they had the door locked and was told to order through the drive through. Second time, the window was busted and glass on the sidewalk leading to the entrance and we had to carefully walk around the broken glasses.

  I arrived at 8:40 p.m., even though the restaurant is supposed to be open until 9:00. There were still employees inside, but the doors were locked and the drive-through was closed. If the posted hours say the restaurant is open until 9:00, customers should be able to be served until that time. The manager of this location should seriously consider addressing this with the staff and making sure the hours of operation are actually honored.
