  First off, the stuffed crust option was not available online when I ordered, which was what my son really wanted to eat. The staff was incompetent and oblivious to what customer service is. Three customers were already in the lobby when I arrived. They stated that they had been waiting for a long time and that the lady in the kitchen had not at all greeted or acknowledged their presence. After waiting in silence for about 5 minutes, I politely asked the lady to check on our orders, which she did. However, if I hadn’t said anything l, there’s no telling how long she would have ignored us. It was only one lady and one male cook in the kitchen. As people arrived, the cook kept forgetting to make items from different customers’ orders. An actual cashier, nonchalantly arrived to the front about 20 minutes after the store lobby became packed with customers. The lady from the kitchen had to keep doubling back and forth to help the girl do her job. I later asked the clueless cashier if she was newly hired. She responded that she had been working there for over a month, yet she behaved as if it were her first day. Instead of announcing ready orders, every customer including me had to repeatedly

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was ridiculous. I paid $30 for a large pizza with extra pepperoni and extra sauce—two simple requests. It came with neither, and they included marinara on the side like that was the same thing. This location needs better order accuracy and basic quality checks. Not worth the price. Never will return.

  When do the pizza hut cause it was the closest one to the hotel?I was staying in. The food was fine. The service when I arrived was less than stellar. The young lady behind the counter. I'm hoping it was her first day and she was left there alone. Because otherwise, that's really not a good look. She had no idea how to tell one who the order was for and 2 what the order consisted of and as an individual who has worked at Pizza Hut, all of that information is under the order name. It's not that hard. I was also initially told that my order was not ready. And I had to sit there for an additional 10 minutes, as I saw my Pizza sitting in the warming oven. Waiting for me as I was trying not to ruffle any feathers. I didn't say anything.Because I might have been wrong.I was not, but it was a possibility.I am not infallible. The atmosphere in the store when you walk in feels very much like a high school cafeteria and the competency is of the same valor. But thankfully, they did not stroke my Pizza. And it was what I needed for the day as I had not eaten anything previously.

  I was in and out. I ordered my pizza and went to pick it up and it was hot and fresh. The manager was so nice and so patient, it took me forever to order, I didn’t know what I want but she was so patient and even talked me in to buying some cheese sticks and wings. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
