No one was at the store … 2 days later I’m still trying to get in touch with manager to get my money back

When you open the door, a burnt smell greets you in, everyone that stepped in, no one’s order was ready, I placed my order, 25 minutes in advance for a 15 minute carry out, I waited in there for an hour, associates arguing loudly with each other, and while I was sitting down, a roach literally crawled across the floor, that place is disgusting. Got home, opened my pizza, it was half burnt with no pepperoni.. never again.
