    Order online pizza n wings order came 1 hour late pizza cold and burnt no stickers on my food I asked for a remake she said not doing no remake I work notes so I got in my car went there and showed her (the manager) my pizza because on phone she said I lied!!! Pizza burnt poor customer satisfaction on convenience or the food papa John’s pizza never came burnt by asking for well done I don’t understand the hiring or ethics but this was totally unacceptable she wouldn’t give me her name but she is the manager for tonite I need compensation and a free pizza and wings for my family they can’t eat now my money held up for three days due to papa John’s workers this is crazy work

    Ordered a papa bowl and they were so selfish with ingredients the first time I thought it was a mistake but the 2nd time I realized it was purposely done. Was not worth the money I will never return to this location

    The great customer service was unepected considering the reviews, but it was a pleasant visit and the food was great. Thanks to the guy who made the pizza and handed it to me!
