As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

She never acknowledged me while I was waiting. She stuffed a wad of cash in her pocket and then proceeded to grab 2 cups. She scooped up the ice with the same dirty hands that she was using to handle the filthy money. When she opened the window, she told me my total. I politely (I'm stressing the word politely) asked if she could please wash her hands. She responded aggressively by saying that she was only telling me my total. I don't care if she was handling my drink or not but that was just nasty all around. I drove off and left her there. Management the onus is now on you to train your staff in proper food handling practices.

I went looking for somewhere else to eat. I came back about a half hour later and there was a line of cars in the drive thru, they all backed out and left (5 or 6 cars). I saw that and decided to leave too(2nd time now).
