The problem was, one of the staff gave my order to someone else who took off laughing because of their theft. The manager and staff person apologized. That was fine as well. I wind up waiting over an hour, that was unacceptable. I should have been refunded and got my family meal for free. The manager was nice and professional, however, I wish she would have offered my suggestion.

I stopped getting them years ago because everyone leaves them soggy, don’t season them enough, and they’re awful… he assured me he does them right and he was NOT lying. It gives me pride to be a Georgia boy and know we outcook all of the other 47 states I’ve visited. Keep it up Kerry, you’re a legend. That being said, he and the young man with him are the most respectful and kind fast food workers I’ve met in a long time. Kerry was jovial, polite, and took pride in his work.
