  I ordered on the website to save time. I waited 4 minutes at the outside speaker just to tell them I had an order to pick up. 1 car in front of me was it. Then another 17, yes 17 minutes at the window to get my food. Get it home and the burgers were old, dried out. I fed them to my German Shepherd. I worked a Wendy's drive thru, our start time from order to handing the customer the food was 35 seconds. And that was hard but we were ALWAYS under 1 minute. What happened to customer care? Pride of service? Manners? Never again Wendy's in Cleveland, GA

  I had a mobile order placed for the drive thru. It took them forever to make the 4 items in my order. I wasn't greeted at the window and was handed my things abruptly. Was NOT given a straw. 1 star. Will not come back.

  Lady at the window at 10:00pm on march 21st 2026 was rude and nasty she also filled up a cup of water and the water had huge chunks of white stuff floating around and when asked if we could get a coke instead she didn’t say anything shut the window and then went and grabbed the smallest cup and filled it up then took forever to even bring out the food also paid for two big drinks and both were small.

  Currently still waiting in the lobby for our food. No one comes to the counter to take your order or even asks you to use the order machines in the lobby. So after at least 5 munutes of standing at the counter we went to the machines. It's been 28 minutes since we placed our order and we're still 3rd in line. Everyone behind the counter is moving like they're stuck in slo-mo. My husband went behind the counter to tell the drive thru guy that a mother with 2 hungry kids had been waiting at the counter to place their order. She only had cash so ordering from the machine was not an option. They look like the have an employee working at every station so im confused why there is such a long wait. I would just ask for a refund but I don't have another hour to waste. Im not usually one to write a bad review so congratulations Wendy's on being the first.
