I ordered a large carryout order which I picked up in drive thru. I was handed a thin bag full of burgers and fries. At other McDonald's in the area they use heavy duty bags and pack the food. I asked for a better bag and was told they didn't have any. We'll the bag ripped and spilled items on the floor of my car. Next time either double the bags or use two bags!

Awful service took 3 people to figure out that we ordered drinks and they were still wrong. The food was awful both burger were completely burnt and just filled to the max with ketchup, fries were stale. Place needs to either be shut down or all new staff need to be brought in.

Only 2 maybe 3 people came through the line while I waited. Took 10 mins of sitting after ordering, a girl came and asked about my order. 10 more minutes and she brought the food and was still wrong. Parked and walked it and took 5 for minutes to make 2 plain big macs. Kitchen staff goofing off and complaining except maybe 1 of the 3 guys cooking.

Got my order wrong and manager refused to fix it. I ended up throwing my food without taking a single bite! Then someone else is order they got wrong as I saw him bring food up to front counter. Also, I saw employees using restrooms without taking aprons off!!!! Worst Experience and never go to any McDonald’s for a while!

Order was placed inside the restaurant. The food was served in a bag, as there were no trays available. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete — the vanilla shake, Quarter Pounder, and milk for a child were missing. There were not many customers at the time, so this was unexpected.
Please ensure orders are checked for accuracy before being handed out.
