    I placed my order at 12:14pm. It is now 12:37pm and I am still in line in the drive-thru, we have only moved two car lengths. This is absurd. Longest I’ve ever waited anywhere for fast food. There are 5 cars still ahead of me, I wonder if I will get my food before it is dinner time. It is now 12:40pm. Still have not moved.

    JB is a rude shift supervisor and also manager as he stated told me it was policy they had to upsell meal deal , complete lie, unfair ,rude, never going back.

    Absolutely awful and extremely rude, Mr. JB, the “Head Shift Manager” was inconsiderate and refused to provide the service a customer deserves. Dosent have small cups then tries to upcharge for the entire meal. Bad service, don’t recommend.

    We waited over 30 minutes for food and would have left had it not been for a very cute 3 year old who wanted a Happy Meals. Ridiculous worst service EVER!!!!
