We had an exceptional lunch at The Hush Cuban kitchen & bar today, and honestly, it was some of the best Cuban food we’ve ever had.
We started with the beef empanadas, which were traditional, flavorful, and perfectly done. Then came the Cubano, and wow, absolutely outstanding. The pork was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender with just the right amount of crispy pieces that gave it incredible texture and flavor.
We also ordered the Cajun Arroz con Pollo, and it completely blew us away. It was packed with flavor, the crispy chicken was truly perfect, and the Cajun seasoning was spot on, bold and delicious without being spicy.
From start to finish, every bite was memorable. Add in the cool downtown Clayton vibe, and this place is a must visit. We’ll absolutely be back.

Drove over today from Murphy. We could smell the food from up the street so we followed our noses. We were greeted quickly at the counter. Got a table.and drinks within 2 minutes. Mind you this was my first time eating Cuban.and was sold after the first bite. We got the tostones appetizer and Cuban sandwich and chicken rice bowl. I cant begin to tell you how good it was. The flavor was everything. Had enough food left over We both brought leftovers home for supper. It's a 45 minute drive to get there for us but absolutely well worth it. Will definitely be back. Love this place. The staff was all very friendly and quick. Food came out fast. This is a perfect example of how to run a top notch restaurant. Can't wait to come back again.

Great food. I had a Cubano my wife had a Dr. Beck Fried Chicken sandwich. Note the menu has changed from many of the posts on the review site. The interior is plain. Our waiter wasn't too swift.

Unexpectedly excellent Cuban food in a quaint North Georgia town. Good but busy place for a quick bite. At least as good as Miami or Tampa Cuban restaurants and better than many of them. Hush will be a regular travel stop for me.
Made another trip to Georgia specifically for a lunch at Hush. Once again, I was not disappointed. Excellent food and superb service--and I got a chance to practice my faltering Spanish language skills.
