What made it worse is that the place wasn’t even busy—they weren’t rushed or overwhelmed—so there was really no excuse for such poor preparation. I left with my craving unsatisfied, and for a chain like this, I honestly expected much better. A barista who actually cares about what they’re making would make all the difference.
