  Terrible service. I ordered a medium iced latte with light ice (my throat was sore) and the cup was half full. When I asked why, the guy (I don’t know his name but I remember he had painted nails) told me that it was because I ordered light ice!!! Btw, I tipped them well.

  The Dunkin' Donuts in Clayton Georgia is the absolute worst I've ever visited . It's about my halfway point when I travel from Georgia to North Carolina and I've stopped there 15 times or more in the last 4 or 5 months They apparently prioritize the drive through customers over someone that goes inside I go inside, place my order, tell them I'm going to step to the restroom while it's being made. I come back out and most times my omelet bites haven't even been put in the oven yet. I'm quite often the only person in the inside but all the staff works to get the drive through customer served before they take care of those on the inside Some serious retraining needs to happen at this store. I have actually watched a car pull in after I placed my order at the register; get in line at the drive through ; and get their food before I can get a coffee and omelet bites. It took me 25 minutes today to get one coffee and an order of Omelette bites and I was the only customer waiting inside when I asked them about it they said well we're super busy all 3 of them were serving the drive through line which had come after I had placed my order.
