  We have never got our complete order from here. They always leave out at least one item, this time it was cherry turnovers, our desert! They have never even offered to give us a receipt. Returning to correct their mistake is too much of a hassle. I myself will not be returning. We get better service and cheaper prices at other Arby’s outside the county.

  I struggle to get my grandkids to agree to something on their menu anyway... when I got them mozzarella sticks (the only thing they'd take off the menu... I drove around and paid only to find out they have no marinara sauce! What? Like anyone eats mozzarella sticks with ranch or Arby's sauce or ketchup? They also didn't have the one thing my wife wanted... apple turnovers! Out until Monday? This place is poorly managed. We will not be back. Twenty bucks for a number 1 meal and some mozzarella sticks with no sauce. Had to wait 5+ minutes for our dive through order... That's bad 👎 😕

  This is absolutely the worst Arby's I've ever been to.. they're either always out of something or dining room closed at an odd time. It's just always a problem

  Asked for 4 arbys sauce per like 6 items and was only given 4 in total. don't ask how much I want if you are going to give me what you feel like. also when did drive throughs become park throughs? other than that it is a basic arbys.

  Just stopped here while passing through Clayton. Went inside. Stood at the counter for 4 or 5 minutes with no recognition at all. I could see 2 guys working in the back but neither one acknowledged us. I said excuse me....no one answered... then, louder, asked if anyone was working the front, I was told yes but there are only 2 of us. I understand being understaffed but the least you could do is acknowledge your customers and say you will be with them in just a bit...dont ignore them. We left and gave our money to Chic fil a, down the street.
