  Staff is on their time. No urgency- Kiosk for ordering food was down- I let them know and the response was “it’s got a mind of its own” When asked if I could order from the front it seemed like an inconvenience for them.

  Basic English and knowing your menus should be priority if you are running the drive through. I wanted the pack that has 4 Tacos and 4 burritos, she called its name and I said whatever it is, I just want the pack that has 4 tacos and 4 burritos. She said will that complete your order? I said please make the 4 tacos soft please, she said ok and pull forward. Get home open the box and I have 12 tacos and half are soft……..guess I should be happy for 50% accuracy! When I was waiting on food, the girl that served me was more worried about talking to the others about partying I guess. Done with Taco Bell, seems they have hired the ones that ran Hardees in the toilet.

  Went to the drive through the waiter cut me off could not finish my order. My order was not completed. Food wasn't right. Service was crappie there audit was offial. Need new management and employees.

  Worst experience every time specially at night staff they gave skipped our burritos and charged, And gave us meat instead of veggie
