  Lady on the intercom on Sunday, March 4 at about 1030 took a minute to come on and then when she did was quite rude. I hate being petty, but this was like the most of your typical McDonald’s experience. Also the fries were not hot. This McDonald’s usually has outstanding service so this one lady might just need to go I will be updating this soon hopefully with better news

  Toccoa McDonald's is Garbage!! Orders a unsweet tea and 2 hamburgers! Got sweet tea and 2 cheese burgers!! Buns are always stale!!

  I would give them a 5 but according to their sign in the window I could get 2 breakfast saus egg and cheese but they charged me more. After being charged I asked the worker why it wasn't on sale..he said only certain ones were. The pic in the window had a picture of saus egg and cheese. If I weren't on a time limit I would've gone back in. 2 dollars won't make me or break me but right is right

  Almost every time I order a I iced coffee here they want to put all cream and no coffee, you can't even taste the coffee in it. I have started to complain about it and yesterday the manager was extremely rude and basically told me I was going to get it however it was made whether I liked it or not, I would expect better customer service from a manager. She was very imperfessional, you can tell she doesn't care about the business or customers.

  I come through a lot at this location and tonight I ordered the new chicken sandwich with the jalapeño crisps and asked for extra mayo and lettuce and it was exactly how I wanted when I got home, hot fresh and delicious! I have been to other locations and this one is the absolute best yet!
