We love Nancy and Shirley! It's almost that simple! That and the wonderful sandwiches they and the other employees make! Corporate makes them do this or that, some rules about where and when cheese goes on, and how to lay out the sandwich, but trust me, when the chips are down, they will make your sandwich YOUR WAY! And it will be awesome! My wife and I go every Friday night, it's our date night for each other, where we know we will get a nutritious meal and have some leftover for lunch the next day. The ladies always make what we like, and are attentive and caring. In fact, Ms Nancy is one of our oldest friends in Clarkesville, since we moved here five years ago. She was running the other location, and has had to work through thick and thin with less than honest employees costing her time and money. Since the new location, it's been better, and the whole environment has improved. They love what they do, and the food shows it! If you haven't eaten there, take a chance and give them credit for working all the time, for us, for better meals! Thanks so much to all the employees of downtown Clarkesville Subway! We love you and what you do for us!

I'm so upset. I decided to order my sandwich online, as I used to come here weekly on my way to work at a hospital in Toccoa. But the workers are always super busy doing call in orders or pick up. So if you are standing in front of them, they will work on other people's food that are not even there and make you wait. Ok, thats fine - they clearly got those orders first. Tonight, I order my sandwich an hour ahead of time. Go in to an empty store except for the two employees who are making pick up orders. I give them my name and wait. They seem busy. After several minutes of me standing there, another customer comes in. They tell him that theres 1 ahead of him and continue doing a pick up order. I'm still waiting for them to start on my sandwich. A few minutes go by, they ask the customer what he wants and make his sandwich. He's eating and I'm still standing there. Not happy at this point. One worker tells me that the other one is making my food. I reply, a bit stiffly, that I was waiting several minutes before that other customer even came in AND had ordered mine an hour ago! A few minutes and I get handed a bag and cup for my drink. I hurry to fill it and run to my car, worried I will be late to work - I don't check my sandwich. I just put it in my lunch bag. Here's the thing, as I said, I have been there so often that I am familiar with both employees who were just there. I ALWAYS order extra cheese on my sandwiches. Always. It was on the receipt, I pay extra to get it. A few hours into my shift, starving, I run into the break room for my sandwich. Open it. Theres NO cheese on it. I can't eat a meat only sandwich. I just can't eat it without cheese. Its not the same. So I get to go hungry as I can't leave to get more. Thanks Subway!!!

I wanted to pay with two different cards. Neither of the workers knew how to split the amount, but it’s really not their fault. Whoever is in charge needs to train the employees better. Foot long was delicious though. I devoured it like Nikocado Avocado
