I have been to other locations and this one is the absolute best yet!

- BBBethFeb 5, 20261.0My husband placed an online order for me to pick up, and when I arrived at the drive thru (only car in the line) I was greeted by a woman who had an attitude. I was told it was card only and I expressed I had an online order, the worker sighed into the mic and very rudely told me to pull to the first window. When I got to the window the lady who greeted me on the headset rolled her eyes and told me a drink I ordered wasn't available and said "what do you want? You want a fruit punch?" When I said yes she got mad and muttered "of course" before slamming the window to go talk to her friend. The lady at the second window was very friendly at least. Then when I got to see my order, all the toppings we asked to be removed on our burger were put onto it, and the fries were ice cold. I have no idea if this was an off day or what, but I felt very unwelcome and disappointed.
