- CEcass e5 days ago1.0Stop throwing away all of your donuts over an hour before you close. This is the 3rd time in two months that I’ve tried to come and get donuts for a sweet treat after dinner. EVERY TIME I come, between 7:30 and 8, and EVERY TIME you say you’ve “sold them all” or “thrown them away.” If you want to close earlier, then close earlier. If not, then keep selling your products until it’s actually time to close. I even used up my reward points for two free donuts I didn’t get because when I got there, I was told you were sold out already. She kept telling me I had to get a refund in the app, didn’t care to explain how that works, and when I told her I used my reward points and therefore couldn’t be refunded, she essentially said I could try coming back tomorrow. If those points just went to waste because your establishment would rather throw away food than serve customers, then I’ll not be happy. I love Dunkin, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Let us walk into the store, only to be told we can't order. I work at a restaurant, and it doesn't matter if we are open; we have to allow the table to sit because why wouldn't you want to make your company a little more money? We were going to order probably 40 dollars' worth of sweets. Idk, but the three girls on shift should have locked the doors. If they were close, maybe even take their headset off and turn off the open sign. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts.
