- FBFelicia BarbeeJan 1, 20261.0I went to this location on 12/31 and waited in the drive thru line for 15 min to be told they closed at 11 pm. I realize it’s New Years Eve. But close the lane to prevent people from driving in if you are going to cut off people. Especially since I waited. Also there were two cars in front of me and I noticed it took a while for the worker to even come to take their order. And then the card in front of me did two separate orders and took forever. But it had just turned 11 when I got up to the window. If I had of known I would have ordered online in the app while I was waiting or I would have went inside. That is bad bad bad customer service. She should have said ok let me go ahead and take care of you and the car behind you. Give me a moment to go move my car and block the drive thru so no one else will come through. I hope the owner is aware of this situation
- WDW DDec 12, 20251.0Fri evening 12/11 9pm. Girl working counter with an attitude. Soon as we walked in, "you'll get your order faster if you use the kiosk." She had no customer at counter. Went back to sipping her drink. So we used the nasty germ infested screen, which is a time consuming pain. What happened to customer service? Ordered a combo and some value menu items. $ 23.50 prices are rediculous. Done with TB.
