They try to keep the food you order so they can (waste it and just be able to eat it) I reckon. Bc I go back to get my burger that wasn't in my bag didn't even say what stall I was on or nothing when I'm asked what they can do for me I say give me the rest of my food and they bring out the burger with bare hands!!!!! No gloves !!!! I WORK WITH FOOD AND AM SERV SAFE CERTIFIED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I did a mobile order and put that I wanted salt and pepper packets and got none. We ordered French toast sticks and got no syrup. When the lady brought us our food I asked (because last time it was not in there) if the salt and pepper was in the bag, she said the mayo was in there. So I asked for salt and pepper. She walked away and did not ever come back. So my daughter walked up to ask for a straw for her shake thinking the lady would bring out the salt and pepper but no salt and pepper. So I walked up to ask for the syrup, salt and pepper and when they came out I got the sryup and pepper but no salt. Terrible service, so disappointed.
