  DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to when or the many other food establishments in Chatsworth. This McDonalds does not respect the customer. I went today April 11th, 2025. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for the staff to correct mistakes on other orders I made a request to the young lady taking my order. Im ready to spend my hard earned money any way I have to. I'm trying to get some Mario for my elderly mother who loves it. I just didn't want duplicates. I know the numbers and just requested to see the numbers before purchase. She said we are not allowed to do that. I've done it before. Then then said she just asked the manager. This was a flat out lie because I watched her the whole time. She didn't ask anyone anything. Its a small request for me to spend my money. Poor customer service. The staff and apparently the manager are not willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT THE MCDONALDS IN CHATSWORTH, GA. I recommend that others do not as well. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Steve

  Every table was filthy, trash on floor, bathrooms gross. Three employees in break all at the same time all seemingly oblivious to the condition of the seating area. Bad look for the franchise when fast food is costly and not that fast.

  I was traveling through the area and stopped to get an order for some friends that are disabled. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and asked for pickles and onions on the side as well as no ketchup or mustard simply because they live about 45 minutes away. As I started getting their burgers out there was 1 piece of beef on each burger. Called the store, asked if I purchased again through doordash could I get a refund later. They laughed, and began telling me if they were wrong I would be returning them immediately to get a correct order. They apparently thought we wanted free food. They didn't have the capability to understand that I could not drive back immediately to correct the mistake they made. It's ridiculous but a lot of McDonald's are constantly making mistakes. Check your order before you leave or go elsewhere and get it correct.

  Horrible dirty not a clean spot or table to sit not to mention the play ground for the kids looked like it had not been cleaned in 6 MONTHS no lie.
